Busy.  Overwhelmed.  Strapped for time.  Barely keeping up.  I have felt that way as a team leader.  Those feelings seem to be more common than ever for leaders.

The truth is most leaders know why they need to focus on the core values they or their organization claim to be important.  The issue is what to do and how to do it.
