Stop Reacting and Start Leading
The tyranny of the urgent keeps many leaders from accomplishing the truly important. I speak to leaders all the time who want to stop reacting and start leading.
Most of us know what we should be doing, but we have difficulty taking everything we know we should be doing and actually implementing it. I need your help helping other leaders!

Most leaders want to destroy bad attitudes, politics and distrust on their teams. Most leaders want to lead people versus just reacting to circumstances. I am almost done with a long awaited resource that is designed to do just that.
I am under no delusion that I have all the answers. Your input will be hugely valuable to me!
Thanks for helping me make this a great resource for leaders!
Dave: Regional Advisory Council-Trauma Service Area G has been a client, wouldn’t you say?
Absolutely Sheryl! I hope all is well.
History gets in the way of creating a winning culture. As do unwritten rules and colleagues with a ‘been there, done that’ attitude. If there already exists a culture of fear, changing it will require the C-suite to create a transparent, honest and Servant Leader culture. Nothing changes until we free and empower employees..
The leaders are the key! Without intentional focus from the leadership, the culture will be without a rudder.
